We undertake a total package approach to all contracts and where specifically required, have the ability to complete the necessary Civil engineering, underground Drainage and structural Steelwork erection that may be specified in the project brief.
Civil engineering work is undertaken to the internal structure and externally as specified or deemed necessary by the project brief.
Internally, the most common requirement is to relay the internal ground floor areas where degraded and this may also include relaying internal rainwater drains where the floor areas are to be replaced. Concrete flooring is the ‘go to’ finish and can be installed to different strengths and finishes, including float and polished. Floor coatings and signage may also be a client specific requirement.
Mastic Asphalt flooring is less frequently used today, but is ideal in high impact or static load areas, such as print shop facilities similar to Studio Press or newspaper production areas.
Resin flooring provides a durable and hard-wearing finish for your floor and can be customised for your project. Chemical resistance and easy-clean ability, as well as colour options.
Externally, complete surface water drainage systems are often installed with new build and some larger refurbishment schemes, followed by appropriate resurfacing options, whether it be tarmac car parking and lining or a reinforced concrete hardstanding.
Various alternative surface layers or finishings are available to suit client preferences or architectural design requirements, such as permeable modular paving, natural stone, resin textured surfaces and limestone/granite surface course tarmac, to name just a few.
